Lost or Missing Packages

• If tracking shows a package has been lost or cannot be confirmed as delivered, we will arrange a reshipment.
  
• Packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received will be fully investigated before a refund or replacement is issued.
  

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
